Great news but too late for me. I’ve been following it from rumor to reality and it’s been about 2 years. Didn’t want to miss part of a third season so I bought a different 22 footer 2 months ago. look forward to seeing them on the water though.

What the eff!!! Dang I was really hoping to se how they laid out the interior. Hopefully they didn’t put in a step up bow hatch like the 197. Just a striaght flat floor would be freakin sweet!!!

Is Pioneer still producing boats in Walterboro? Seen the sign there but doesnt appear like much activity is going on at the plant from what I can see.
yes they are, but like most boat places, they arent as busy as they use to be

Yes they used to be located in Harleyville, however they needed a bigger facility, and moved about a year ago I think.

Pioneer is located on SC 64, behind Walmart in Walterboro. They’ve got a big place and if the economy was good, they could crank out a lot of product.
