Looking at the forums it looks like most of u are still hunters who probably dislike dog hunters. But it’s worth a shot. I had 8 deer dogs stolen from harleyville sc over the last weekend and am offering a LARGE reward for the return of my dogs. I have raised all my dogs from a pup and treat them very well. There are three tri colored male walkers, three tricolored female walkers and two lemon and white fox hounds. I really love my dogs and would like to have them back. Only dislike for dog hunters are the ones that blatantly disrespect those that like to still hunt and the outlaw dog hunters that turn loose/or run through others property when they think they can get away with it.
Nothing in the world like hearing a pack of dogs running a deer. I could sit on a stool without a shotgun and enjoy it. Those that say there is no sport in have never done it.
Amen! Same here. I still gun hunt because I prefer to hunt by myself. Dog huting does not really bother me from a moral stand point or anything like that when it comes to hunting. It is just that dog hunters have worn out their welcome (generally speaking but of course not all). The majority of dog hunters I have had to deal with (notice I stated that “I have to deal with”) simply don’t understand that it is the hunter’s responsibility to keep the dogs off the private property of other people, and the dogs bear no responsibility or accountability in the matter unless the property owner decides to shoot the outlaw dog hunter’s dogs, which is known to happen from time to time–sad but true. It is not the dog’s fault, it is the dog hunter’s fault…just like it is not the fault of a gun for killing someone; instead, it is the fault of the person welding the gun.
Anyway, I hope you find your dogs. The lowlife that stole them is likely the same type of person I’m talking about.

Us legit and respectful dog hunters do not like those guys either… They give all hunters a bad rep!!

Yea people like the sob that stole my dogs give every dog hunter a bad name. As you can see in the pics I have 3 tracking collars including a GPS collar on each dog to ensure I keep them on my land. I have gotten a couple good leads on who took them unfortunately I have been told he’s the biggest dog thief around and if you have good dogs he’s comin to take them. He’s stolen hundreds of dogs and I just hope even if I don’t get mine back I can make it to where he doesn’t ever do this to anyone else again
If somebody stole my dog, I would move heaven and earth to find him, and if I found who did it they would have a very bad day. My dogs are like my wife and kid. Only 3 things of mine not to mess with.
