Going on a trip to an all-inclusive resort for my wifes birthday. Any one know of the “do not miss” things to do or see while there.

Hunting, fishing, and poker are my sports. Work when necessary.
We went several years ago. Really did nothing except hung around the resort. We did go to PDC one evening and walked around, drank, and ate dinner. It was a lot of fun. Mexico had just won a world cup game and the town was going nuts. We fished one day but nothing great.
