Pluff Mud Bushy Park

Hit the landing at 07:00 and debated should I stay or should I go!!!Hi winds were telling me to stay! BUT!Dropped the boat planed and off I went.

After running thru the pluff (1.5’ to 2’of water), hit deeper waters and flush motor, and took this shot of the landing and no water or shallow spots.
Wind was terrible but managed a few trouts

Pulled near the grass to take a few shots before heading home.

This nice trout made up for the day. Weather was so nice I made a full day and only caught Four fish (trouts only).

Nice fish. When is the dredge supposed to happen?

Fatrat, I used to put in there and I saw you there a lot, spoke to you a few times. You put in the time and deserve everything you catch. On a side note, I quit putting in there after a heart attack and later open heart surgery for a new valve. Didn’t you have an issue with your heart? It worried me that in an emergency the landing could be impossible to get in and out of at low tide.

Nice fish Fatrat, glad to see you turned this into a nice day.

Thanks guys/gals. mdl5155 understand your concerns. Had a hip replacement. Can’t let that slow me down too many fish are still calling me out that I haven’t hooked them yet. PM and we’ll chat.
Otherwise I’m not after a good slam in the days ahead.
