Had a very hard time finding bait yesterday near IOP.

Normally no problem at all and usually find em around connector or
Ben Sawyer bridges

Any idea where to look. Gonna be here next week or so

I usually am able to catch all the mud minnows I need near Pitt St Bridge, and caught 2 the other day, lots of baby pin fish though …Saw a lot of mullet but the odd situation was, they were either huge or so small they slipped through the cast net …

tprice - I had the same issue yesterday morning. Could not find them in my normal spots in ICW. On our way out to the jetties we found all the hadens we needed infront of morris island. Good lunck.

When u say in front is that ocean side or harbor side??

Even cruised up ICW this am early to put out crab trap and did not see any
today either but did not spend much time

No problem. We found them on the ocean side. When you are leaving the harbor going toward the jetties take a right, cruise the ocean side of Morris and just start looking for pelicans diving. Good luck.

Several acres of them thick in behind Morris also at least on thurs and fri last week. Be careful stay left as it gets shallow back there
