1987 Bass Buggy. Total gut job. Various chargers, mp3 player and trolling motor wiring w/ bracket. Family of 4 changed my philosophy on boats and I enjoy projects. I get everyone on the boat and that is a big plus for me. Open front deck(removable pedestal seats) for fly fishing schools of stripers etc. #jonespartyof4
Went from this
To this and couldn’t be happier with family time. Still got the jon boat for solo jaunts and if the right B60 shows up another little skinny water project is in the works.
Nice job Loon. Boats like that, as well as big 20’+ Carolina skiffs are perfect for families and fishing on Murray. I have been thinking of adding a pontoon to the fleet myself. Trying my angle on the in-laws purchasing first before I breakdown and shed out the dough though.
I like projects myself too, so might have to try your idea. Those boats are great for hitting some barrier islands as well and shell collecting. Taking kids out spot fishing during the “run”, etc. Great boat, congrats.
He couldn’t have done it without my expert help. I’m surprised you don’t have a picture of me supervising & trying not to spill my beer at the same time.
