So I always see people posting pictures with their posts, but I seem to be having trouble posting mine. Does everyone just use photobucket, or is there another way to easily put pictures in your posts?
I used to use Photobucket but now you can upload an image from your computer files. Just click on the paperclip where it says “Insert an image file” at the bottom of the screen, a window will pop up to browse files, open the picture file you want to post and upload it.

I use paint on windows to resize them. Most pics are more than 1 mb and they must be smaller to post them here.

I never thought of using paint to resize them. Thanks for the tip.

What about when you want to add them to comments like this one? There’s no paper clip for when you’re leaving a comment, only one for when you’re starting a topic.

Click on “Reply to Topic”.
It sounds like you’re using the “Quick Reply” window.

Most image sharing sites have image address links you can copy and paste into your message. Tinypic.com I know does this, but I’m not sure about photobucket. It’s only an html tag
. So if you’re used to using quick reply just do the copy-paste.

Ah. Using “reply to topic” works. Thanks guys. I haven’t had any issues resizing pictures. I just use paint for that. Just didn’t want to have to you an image site like photobucket just to post pictures in my replies.

TestTestTest-I couldn’t get the insert image to work…maybe because it was too large, who knows! Tinypic worked…I think.
