Power pole customer service.

I bought a powepole about 3 years ago. Had an issue with it about 6 months after purchase. Bass pro shop is local warranty center. I went there and talk to them. Told them I would take the power pack out and leave it with them. Bass pro said no that would void the warranty. I installed it Bass pro said I would have to bring the boat and leave it. Maybe 10 days. called power pole.PP told me it was the motherboard easy to change plug and play. Had it in two days.& a phone number if I had any problems. Having some issues with it today. Called PP explained what it was doing. The tech told me it could be the motherboard again. And they would send me another one But if I wanted to send it back they would go through the unit.$125 including shipping. Tech said If thay got it Wednesday. I would have it back Friday. Same-day turnaround. Can’t ask for more than that. A lot of companies could learn from power pro. It’s all about customer service.

I had the same experience. I do wonder though if they new they had a bad batch of mother boards but the end result is that it works with minimal hassle

Shiped the pump out Saturday morning. They received it today call me this afternoon.said I would have it back Wednesday. New motherboard and rebuilt the pump $100. You don’t get that kind of service of a Japanese company.

Got my pump back Wednesday just like promised. Fixing to go stick my head in the hole & hooker back up

Even got a new bottle of hydraulic fluid. Looks like brand new
