Power pole problem.

No sure how this happened but the power strip under the cap on the PP motor broke.I think a friend trying to program the new hand remote removed the cap and popped the strip.Looks like i have to order just a new cap as the strip is built into the cap.May as well get a new circuit board also.Anyone else have this problem with PP???

Hey Stonoman,

          I have dealt with Power pole on several different occasions and how found that if you call them they will give you most replacement parts at no cost. I work at Mount Pleasant West Marine and would be happy to give them a call if you would like some help. PM if you wouldn't mind.

Want to thank Steven from Mt P West marine.He called me several times and got me the info on the Power Pole.I now have new parts coming from Power pole free of charge.Thank you very much Steven.
