Yep on the expensive…I just replaced my trim motor, then found out the seal on the hydro shaft was also bad, cost another $260 just to get that part, no o-rings/seals are avail seperately. You may want to consider some of the many ‘used’ assemblies avail online vs new separate parts. If I knew the o-ring/seal was leaking before the motor was replaced, I would have bought a used Assy(40ELPTO)
