Blade model that is a couple years old quit working. It has power going into the motor…any ideas of a solution without replacing the motor. I bet this thing hasn’t been deployed 100 times so I’m really surprised it quit on me
Just call PP customer service. It is excellent and they will get you fixed up.

Powerpole has the best customer service, they’ll help you trouble shoot the thing on the water if you call them. They will probably tell you to check the small ribbon cable that connects from the head of the pump to the actual circuit board. You have to remove the screws holding the top on and you’ll see the ribbon cable.
