chunks for me, unless I’m using live bait. I don’t use the heads or tails.

chunks and I use the heads, and have had great luck on the head + a little bit of meat on it

Chunks and if you really want to prep, layer a container with chunks, salt & baking soda, chunks, salt & baking soda… and then freeze for latter use or refrigerate for next day use. the salt keeps the flesh firmer and a friend of mine said the baking soda helped keep it fresher.
Fred tried that but meat seems to always mushy and
and doesn’t stay on the hook well, any pro tips?
