Had a pretty good day on the in-laws dock. 23” trout was the day maker. Went 4 for 6 on the reds.

Oh yea! Couple of day makers with a year maker trout to boot… all from a dock… that’s what its all about. Good stuff for sure! What were they eating?

Great report and that’s a stud trout!
I do a lot of dock fishing myself. I mostly use Berkly gulp shrimp in new penny with a redfish eye jig.
If you don’t mind, what were the tides? Rising or falling.

Pretty dang good for dock fishing. Wish my in-laws had a dock.
I like to fish the falling tide around this dock - seem to have the best luck. We fished yesterday around 2-3 hours after high tide.
