I have a clean 28 foot century center console powered by two twin Yamaha 150 2 strokes they are 1999 as well. Both have good compression. All electronics work it has a nice garmin with navigation. Has a removable Tuna tower that comes in handy. It has a whindlass anchor. The boat is loaded. It has out riggers on it as well. I have a boat cover to cover the entire boat. I believe one of the thermostats are going bad in one of the motors.
The right motor runs strong until running full throttle for a long period of time then wants to quit. But if you drive 30 mph it runs fine.
