Looking at a 2001 CC. Seems to be in good condition and the price seems good.
Anyone know anything about the manufacture?

Don’t know yr model but I have a 1993.They used a lot of wood back then and I ended up taking the cap off and replacing everything… I had a lot of help,a whole lot!
i have a 96 cc 2001(stalker cc)
i can agree with capehorn16 heavy boat… well built imo allot of wood/glass and in the areas that are hard to see usually not the most eye appealing.
the hull has a few bigger compartments so i would suggest a scope with a light… in my case previous owner removed live well and did a very very poor job (basically used 5200 to full a hole) repair job… we had to remove dry and do a good bit of glass work to fix the issue…
why i do love my proline i would love to pull the cap off like above poster and fix and address some things that really bother me…
depending on motor( originally 2 stroke 150) recently repowered to a 115 4 stroke… i would honestly look at the goal for the boat… if you are planning a repower in its near future need to think of the weight+gear+fuel my built plaque has me at a 175hp rating(2 stroke) where i would really concider a 150-250 to be ideal with a 4 stroke… iirc the onboard tank is a 55gallon… and really no room for growth…
hear is a pic of my boat below.

my boat was basically a bare bones hull with a console i have basically built the boat to my liking… t-top,wiring,plotter ect ect… but again at this point i would love to get to the inside of the boat and make some serious changes for the better…
My first boat was a Pro-line Stealth 180. I loved it. I was a bay boat kind of. It was a '90-something. I did the same as SC_Shark and just started with the hull. I put a new yamaha 115 motor, Lowrance HDS, hydraulic steering, T Top, leaning post, etc. When I was done, I really liked it. I would agree it was a heavy boat. I upgraded due to having a small child and needed higher gunnels for safety. I have a Sea Hunt 220 DC now that is quite amazing for me, upgraded like crazy now that I have it. I’m having another child and started a business and it hasn’t been in the water but maybe 4 times in 2 years, about to sell it. What’s your budget?
Here’s my Pro-line.
