So, after my first 18 months on the water I’ve nicked my prop up a bit on various oyster beds.
Its not too bad, but wanted to ask if anyone can recommend a shop to file out the burrs and nicks and make sure its balanced?

X 10. Also if you want a little more out of your prop John can handle it. Maybe a little extra cup… Get all you engine specs and what you are doing full throttle RPM and discuss with him. I’ve never had a complaint about any work he has done for me. His knowledge on Props and how they work on different applications is impressive.
I don’t go anywhere other than Skips. Even if you don’t know all your specs like Fred recommends to do, and I agree, he can tell you roughly what it should be doing and does great work. The last prop I took him was all chewed up and when he gave it back to me it looked like he just pulled it out the box.
