I’m in the Greenwood area, we don’t have any licensing classes around here after normal business hours or on the weekend and I have a regular job and a few rental houses. I’m looking to expand my involvement in the rental property world since a few friends have asked me to manage their houses. Anyway, I signed up at Trident. Tech in Charleston (3+hr drive for me, x 4 Saturdays) for the 40hr required class on Saturdays through Feburary. It got cancelled because only 3 signed up. I looks like my only option is to take a whole week off of work and go to either Greenville or Piedmont Tech. If you have a degree in real estate, you can skip the class. I don’t.
Anyone have any ideas, contacts or 4 people that have interest in the class?
