Proud Dad!! 10-26-16 report

Had to take the day off for my daughters early dismissal and parent teacher conf. Her Report card was good so time to go fishing. Was greeted at the dock by our friend “Scarface” the local snack checker. Fishing NLT 130. Ten minutes in saw a weird bite on a line thought was a trash fish so I told the little one to grab the rod. After about five min or so. She landed her first Red all by herself no one helping with the rod. Nice 16 3/4" slot red triple spots (her favorite bragging point). Made her kiss it for luck (not to big of a fan) Fished the rest of the day a few under sized and 2 more slots. Nothing better for a Wednesday afternoon with my baby girl.:smiley:

AWESOME! Nice work, Dad.

Nothing better than fishing with your kids. Grandkids are great too.

Great pic’s and report. From the smile on your daughter’s face, she will be hooked on fishing for life. What an awesome thing to be hooked on. Teaching my children and grandchildren to fish were some of my proudest memories.
