where are all the public mooring spots in the charleston area? I’ve heard (and see) that the area around the ashley marina is a public mooring spot and I see all the boats just randomly parked around so I’m guessing that’s true.
I also see a couple boats just parked in the folly river by the landing so is that one as well? how do you tell or find out about them? just call up DNR and bother them?
