How do you all pull your pork butts?
By hand?
Bear claws?
Forks?
Big chunks then chop with a cleaver?
Just curious what everyone’s favorite method is.

Big forks but I’m only doing a few butts at a time.
I use the bear claws mostly. Also know that Fred has probably pulled more pork than any of us.
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

No, just more than you Fritzy. I know you have a man crush on me! I am flattered, but don’t swing that way.
I like using some heavy rubber gloves and pull it by hand and then chop it a little finer with a knife.
“Why Bruce?”
Wrap in foil and stuck in cooler for about hour or so. Will cool off enough to pull with your hands but still be warm.

i made an equivalent one of these but haven’t used it yet. Will probably be a disaster.

I’ve actually seen a DIY one of these fail…it was dramatic to say the least.
