Fun fished today @ the hole with Team Miller Time. Had a great bunch of guys. Went out to try our luck on the tunas and we had success thanks to some good friends and some help from above.
6 Black Fins (one we weighed was 29lbs and we had already filleted a bigger one)
0 for 1 on the wahoo due to a bite off.
I just had porter house size tuna steaks[:0]

Some people might actually believe those are bonitas. I was glad we left the catching bonita business to that guy with the bent out rigger.

Is that why no one wanted to reel them in from hundreds of yards back? We were ducking an dodging from being the next to reel one in.

I will say that it was a nice break from bottom fishing and I look forward to doing more trolling.
Better than grouper fishing? No…
That Warsaw from Saturday was a fish of a lifetime for me. That was awesome. Hence the smile.

nice job on your day. it was good to see you out there. and as far as the electrics, yes. if you want to spend the coin, LP makes some incredible motors for tiagras and internationals - up to 130s (about $1600 per motor w/o the reel)… the skeebo used to smush the tunas (with a few blue marlin mixed in) with a full spread of electrics.

The fishing community is small around here. Everyone knows everyone. It makes it nice.
Miller Time has another person that wanted to go but he could not get off work until 4:30, so we went without him. Yesterday I am talking to Allan and he say yeah Morgan was supposed to go with you on Monday. I am like dang I did not know it was Morgan. I probably would have waited if I knew that.
