Has anybody been able to compare the Stiffy Fiberglass to the Stiffy Hybrid? The price is about triple for a hybrid but if it’s that much better i’d rather suck it up and buy it. Pushing a key west 1720.

A couple of years ago Mike Able Jr took me in the back of Haddrells and handed me the fiberglass Stiffy, I messed around with it then he handed me the Hybrid. WAAAYYY lighter. I bought it and have no regrets. If you belong to a local fishing club a think they’ll give you 10% off, it helps on an expensive purchase like that.
I bought the Stiffy Hybrid at Haddrells and love it. Never tried the fiberglass tho.
