trying to find some new areas to get into the upper wando. mostly been going through empty lots and finding somewhere to launch. anyone know any descent areas? thanks in advance.

Check out Paradise Island landing off of Chandler road. Great area to fish. If you get creative, you can put in around the 41 bridge.

thanks for the advice. i have been around the toomer creek area and loved it. i am going to check out paradise later this week.

Paradise is awful… crappy launch and there are NO I repeat NO fish in the upper wando… :wink::stuck_out_tongue::smiley::smiley: You got a PM :smiley:

from there you also have Guerines Creek(sp)? which holds a lot of red fish and is a lot like {Wardens(?)upper Wondow river} and has a lot of trout this time of year. Mud

i am out of town on vacation next week, but cant wait to get back and try my luck in the mt p area. been having good luck in the stono, but always nice to check out new areas.
