haz is back in, GREAT. With Haz and Stretch on the water i’m not feeling so cocky anymore. My secret strategy for tomorrow is to bring a helluva extension cord and a minifridge, going to put a raw oyster in there, rig the door with a stick and toss it in. I’m thinking the fish will be looking for a cool place to hang out and eat. gonna stick a little picture of Big Al in there and wait for the mad rush!

That’s what I was thinking, me and stretch tried to recruit him as a surprise after everyone left last night, be he has to work that night. We then went out to drowned our sorrows.

I am leaving for Antarctica at the end of September and I haven’t been offshore at all this year…
I just want to get out to some blue water. I’ve yet to catch a king or dolphin. I was thinking about taking the Thunderstar out one day and was wondering if anyone else was interested in going. Sure would be nice to have a familiar face out there…
I know you mainly bottom fish on the 'Star, which is fine with me, but I want to try to hook up a dolphin or king.

sounds like we still have a group interested in the TS. I can go just about anytime, weekends would be easier, but I wonder if they are terribly crowded? I could get a weekday off in the next few weeks if it would pay off in less people (tourists) on the boat.
