Are ya’ll trying to keep this thread alive until it’s time to plan next year’s P-U-O-S-U-T? Kills me that I can’t be down every Thurs to partake of a few oysters and share some in the bull session. Maybe after this extension deadline I’ll get down. On top of that, while I’m here finishing up my brother’s clients, he’s out in Colorado chasing elk during the rut. Gamecocks, we figured it would be more practical to keep the bull session to only one thread instead of creating a new one each week about who was going to SCB&G each and every Thursday night until next year. That’d be 50 or so more threads give or take Thursdays like Thanksgiving week where a good number of us will be asleep in a tree stand during happy hours from the turkey we ate.

Phin, Sleeping in the tree stand makes me a little nervous I just sleep on the ground and set my phone alarm on vibrate to wake me up 30-45 minutes before prime time and climb on up the stand!
I propose a sunset amendement that will end this thread on June 6, 2007, after a 365 day period of activity. At which time, we will agree to start a new thread, beginning with the appropriate P-U-O-S-U-T challenge, rules and tournament date, that will have the aforementioned sunset period of 365 days. This agreement will provide for endless posts concerning tournament business or susequent SCB&G Meetings to proposed thread for the 365 day period of activity. If there arises the want or need for any tournaments within the 365 period of an active thread, a new thread dealing only with rules, date of captains meeting and tournament date will be authorized. Sunsetted threads should be available for review, so I therefore nominate Wando Grill, original instigator of P-U-O-S-U-T discussion, to have available, for a fee/barter of his choosing, said archived threads. Consideration of this proposed amendment should be taken up at next SCB&G gathering and passage will be expected. Should the amendments sponsor, namely me, be required to be in attendance for said next meeting, please forward all such requests to my social secretary at rdjmetz@aol.com. Please make no mention of strong drink or loose women
