no personal experience, but I’ve read about every review of this unit there is and it gets very high marks…granted it is not a Bose unit, but then again at $39 you shouldn’t expect it to be…I’m in for 1…should work in the boat until I get the dern speakers replaced…

this unit sounds much better than the Jambox…can’t take the phone too far away from it before it looses signal (approx 15’), but the weight of this thing is really nice and sturdy…can’t comment on battery life yet, but so far I’m really stoked about finding this for $40! paid a lot more for the Jambox and it just got kicked to the curb…anybody want a black Jambox for $75? I’ve also strung some 50lb mono through the top so you can hang it anywhere…
