Quepos, CR Sailfish January 31, 2013 w/ video

Just got back from Costa Rica. We fished aboard Swordfish out of Quepos, CR. Capt. Randy and his mate Fausto are first Class fishermen were able to put us on the Sail bite. We went 15 for 18 on sails and also managed one Mahi weighting around 25 to 30 lbs.

They have a very good bite going on this year. The week before they managed 22 sails one day and the next day they caught 5 sails and a blue.

Here is the video we took. Its in two parts.

Have always read that there was many sharks over there but on the 2nd day we fished I did see a big shark. If I would of seen that shark before going for a swim I definitely would of not got in the water.
