OK. Tried something new tonight and it was awesome. Layered chicken, black beans, corn, and a tomato sauce I made, with flour tortillas and cheese. Built like a lasagna.
I will do it again and take notes (to report back) because this, is one for the books.

I make this at the school I work at. It is pretty easy and turns out good, it has a lot of flavor. Looks good nice job.
