Made a quick shrimp dinner last night. You need:
Shrimp (got mine last Sept.)
Pasta
Cream
Butter
White Wine
Onion
Garlic
Red Pepper
Spinach
Salt and Black Pepper

Cook onion and garlic in butter with black pepper and red pepper.

Add a little of this and cook till pan is dry.

Add shrimp, spinach, salt and splash of cream (about cup)
[/img]
Meanwhile cook pasta. When done mix all together.

Depending on how quick you can cut onion, garlic, and how long it takes to boil water at your house. This should only take 20 or 25 minutes.
Tip: For me it is worth the time to peel and devein shrimp when I catch them. Then I freeze them in little bags. No worries about holes in the bags and they store easier than quart containers of unpeeled shrimp.
