On my friends boat June 25 and put in the coordinates off the top spot map, but never found the tower. Does anyone have the exact gps numbers to get to it. We leave out of the south end of HILTON HEAD ISLAND. We put in 31.49N 080.39W. Never got to it.
If you put in dms, and your unit is set for dds you were way off.
…and obviously vice versa
This one is DMS
31° 49.000’ N and 80° 16.500’ W
This one is DDS
31.816667° N, -80.275000° W
These are the numbers, check your units settings and see which one you are set to (dds or dms) and input the correct format.
