My feelings exactly…
I have fished a few days in the last few weeks. Triggers and crap in 100’. Bigger triggers out deep. A few aj’s…I really won’t start fishing again until November. August-October just isn’t my thing here.
I saved my fuel money and just booked a 6 day liveaboard trip in Tanzania for February for GT and dogtooth tuna. Pretty stoked about that.

I sacrifice 10 trips here for 1 trip there. Whole trip will cost me about $5k. 6 days fishing, airfare, food and lodging. It’s a good chunk of $ but not in relation to offshore fishing, IMO.
