Rain has helped...

the main river trout bite around Edisto. I think the runoff has forced lots of trout out of the smaller creeks and pushed them down river.

I thought the influx of fresh water would be bad, but they dont seem to mind it. We caught fish in really horrible looking water up and down S Edisto and St. Pierre all weekend.

Fish gotta eat no matter how wet the water is

yes sir, seems the same in chucktown. general trend seems to be lots of 14-18" fish in bigger/seaward water, lots of 10-14" fish up the rivers. nice to have tides again too.

Good to hear, we had a great bite in the Harbor the other day.
