i hit another suck streak for a bit but being me i never give up fishing so hit the cooper tonight after the rain cleared up. tried to net some finger mullet but only got ahold of inch long pinfish at bushy park, however thats ok as i got 2 nice flatties and missed 3. one of the 3 hits felt like an absolute doormat and cut me on oysters on the pier posts, but might have been a lazy redfish i never saw it.

nice catch. What did the big one measure? It’s hard to tell from the pic.

small one was right at 14, big one 18. got a friend in jersey that has a biology related job and she sent me a pic of one that was 24.75" however it was caught in a trawl net during sampling. im thinkin i gotta beat that with rod and reel! :wink:
