I looked at the hourly report and future weather.com forecast at lunch and decided to go get the boat and bait. They showed the rain clearing out between 4 and 5, never happened. I decided to go to the dam and try the towers since the upper lake was muddy and I can never seem to find fish midlake at night. Didn’t mark anything at all until I got right up against the first tower. There was a tight school right there. First pass I got a barely 21" and missed another while netting him. Next pass got a 23" and missed another hit. Next pass lost one and had a short strike. rain came down hard around 8:30 and I called it a night. The 21" one came on a down line about 20’ down and the 23 came on a freeline. Both fish released
