Yes a very nice ramp. Too bad you can’st stay overnight.

Loong drive out there though.

Hey next time wave at me with all your fingers.

If I want to fish the evening until an hour or so after dark does the ramp close/lock?

No the ramp does not close/lock.There is or used to be a light out ther so you will be able to find the ramp at night, that ramp is hard to find without that light,I know from experince.I never had a problem with my truck there either.

Double D.

if you put in and head out to the north ed. watch out coming back at night -there are two telephone poles standing in the middle of the channel with no wake signs on them with no type of reflectors at all-spotlight wont show them until you are right on top of them- i shrimp out there and have about hit them before i invested in a gps

TRUE! That is our regular landing.

Careful if coming from the north on low tide. There is a bank in the middle of the river, near those telephone poles. Need to go south of the poles, then do a u-turn. Get a chart, GPS, depth finder. Or just come in slow at high tide. Nice landing.

It looks like you can shoot straight out to the sea from the river easily. Is that true?

Yes, just watch the markers at Deveax banks. There is a bar in front of Seabrook and Deveax Bank to the right. After the point of the banks it is shallow on the right. Just follow the markers and it is easy.
that make any sense?

Yes, thanks, I’d like to try that sea access for Chas 60, looks pretty easy.
