Interested in boat ramp condition’s…the good, bad, and ugly after the storm. Heading towards Edisto tomorrow to put in at Dahwoo hopefully.
Give us your report on where you have put in since the storm, and how the ramp is. After the storm, I suspect a lot of debris clogging access.
Edisto was hit really bad by the hurricane. Route 174 onto the island was closed in several locations. Plus they were restricting access to the island itself. But, I don’t know what the situation is for the Dawhoo bridge and landing. Check with Charleston county web site for road closures just to be sure.
Thanks. I think I’ll wait until things get a little more normal down that way, and put in somewhere else.
How are Folly & Sol Legre ramps?

Put in at Limehouse today. Entrance has about two feet worth of marsh grass and other debris until you get to the gravel portion, but is passable.
One poor guy was trying to clear all of that heavy junk with a backpack blower, and finally gave up. Time for the loader to clear it.
Folly good, used it 2x this week, part of parking is blocked with debris from island though. City is stacking it there till they can get it to landfill. I say leave it and we can have a big bon fire and oyster roast this winter!
