Country Style Pork Ribs cut into one inch cubes and rubbed smoked for 3 hours at 225 to Internal Temp of 160. Place in aluminum pan add favorite BBQ sauce another dose of rub back in smoker bump temp to 275 for 2 hours cook to internal temp of 185-190. Added a tray of bake beans with pineapple and andouille sausage seasoned with same rub as ribs.
