recent remleys warning about obstruction

there was a recent topic in last month or so about remleys boat landing and an obstruction in the water at low tide-can anyone remember the tipoc, I searched last 4 months no luck.
which of the launch ramps was the obstruction on?

It was reported the center lane at low tide had an obstruction.

The guy that reported it thought he hit something with his prop but later stated that there had been a manufacture defect in the prop that led to the problem not an obstruction.
