Timely discussion… favorite Red Snapper rig and bait? I usually like a dead or live bait on a long leader. This past Friday it was a chicken rig with cut Bonita that allowed us to catch and release 12 Red Snapper.
They seem to eat every rig we use as long as it has cut bait on it. I think they feel invincible since they always get released.
I prefer to use the same carolina rigs we use for everything else.
