That was really awesome! I have seen similar sights while fishing the oil rigs. The fishing there, needless to say, is absolutely incredible. I am just glad to have experienced it for myself. We’ve seen schools of Spanish Mackerel around the rigs that had to be over a mile long in similar feeding frenzies. I caught a croaker near one of the oil rigs that went over 5 pounds…a croaker!!! It is truly hard to believe and truly a fisherman’s paradise.
