Awesome day on the water. Only went out for about three hours, but thats all I needed to have a great day. The Bite was strong just as the tide changed (rising). Fished a school up and down a stretch of about 150 yards. 10 total redfish. Largest was just at 30.5", had 6 in the 25-28" range, 2 right at 24" and 1 at 22". I was fishing light tackle (12 pound power pro on an older medium/light abu garcia spinning setup). Mud minnows and cork. Some blind cast success, mostly throwing at tails.
Circle hooks used, and all fish quickly released.
