Came down and spent the weekend with a couple of friends.
Saturday was a blast. Good folks at Haderells helped us with some bait and tackle and then it was on to fishing. What a day. I think we ended up with about 28 reds and certainly would have caught more, but ran out of bait. Most were slot fish, but we turned all of them back. GREAT time with friends doing ONE of my favorite things (CATCHING FISH!!)

Took my son and a scout friend of his(Both 10) Sat. AM for end of falling tide. Boated 5 in about 1.5 Hrs, 25" was largest. Smaller ones deep, larger ones on mud flat. Scout friend caught his first ever fish, and a red with 8 spots at that!!
He cast, hooked, and reeled it in himself. Another one hooked for life.
Scrimps and MM’s were on the menu.
