Reds are heating up on the mud flats

My first time attempting to upload to YouTube. Let me know if you can see the video. I found some lazy reds down shallow beating up on some bait. It looks like small shrimp were on the buffet today.

Thanks @23sailfish ! Makes me wanta hook up the boat!!!

The flats are heating up good too. Those reds are hungry!

We’re all disappointed you didn’t get your fly rod out and get hung up in the trees. There, I said it. The others were thinking it.

I caught on the fly, then shoved a jig in his mouth just for this picture for Peepad

It’s hard to beat an old crusty lead head.

Skinflints have all that money for a reason P.

The idea isn’t to figure out how to make more money, it’s how to not spend money.

23 Sailfish nice pix I agree with you on lead heads. That’s my best hook up for flounders.

Very nice!

Nice red! I stopped using those jig heads years ago. I got into a school of 24" reds. The first couple of reds got off at the boat. When I checked my lure the hook was bent really bad. I think it might have been an aluminum hook…for certain it was not steel.

That’s a walmart special

Cool video Ricky. That egret got a nice meal at the end.
