The reason I ask is each has a very different forecast for this Saturday…the NWS offshore says it’s going to be rather sporty, and the Reefcast says it would be a great day to run offshore.
What’s the general consensus on the accuracy of both? I realize they are “forecasts” and there are inherant difficulties in accurately forecasting which way the wind blows and how hard, but I would like to know which seems to have the best track record.
Well…SC offshore was off today…but both call for a big wave day on sat…usually SC offshore is pretty good

SC Offshore had Saturday as a decent day right before I made the original post…I see now they have changed it to be more in line with the NWS. Sux being a weekend warrior…
