Remote Control to Tiller conversion on 07 Yamaha?

It looks like i can get a great deal on a '07 Yamaha 25 hp 2 stroke with very low hours but i am needing a tiller and it is rigger for remote control. i looked on boats.net and found the tiller assembly for this engine for around $130. Is this all that I will need to make the conversion? Also, how difficult a job is this? it is a 25 MSH, which i know is a tiller model and apparently it was converted to a remote steer so do you think all i would need is the tiller handle assembly?
