Guys, I need some guidance.
I have a condo across from Town Center 2/2 1010sf. second floor, very nice corner condo looking over the pond.
I use it very seldom and we have been thinking about renting it.
we would probably use a service for the leasing agreement.
is too much of a hassle to rent it out or should I just sell it.
I haven’t any idea what they are renting for money wise but I did receive a listing notice that they are selling for between 174 and 180k.
for the 1010 sf. units like ours.
Which way to go?
