Rentals?

Where can I rent a couple of yaks without breaking the bank? I have 2, and I need 2 more for my mom and sister who are in town and want to do a little paddling.

Also, my 2 year old nephew is here. I really want to take him with me, have him sit in my lap. Obviously he would have a PFD on, but I would feel totally safe having him with me, what do you guys think? If there is any safety issue with this at all than he will stay on dry land. I just really think he would absolutely love it!

On another note, I haven’t been around Charleston in the yak much… where would be a good place to take them touring around? Keep in mind that they will need to take in the most in the shortest distance possible to enjoy it, as neither of them wants to completely exhaust themselves.

Well, that felt like a million questions. Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

if your already going to be renting get a 2 seater for you and the kid and let someone else paddle yours i took a 3 year old in the pond just to mess around a few feet from the bank and with all the moving and excitement it could get bad fast as far as where to take them takem to shem creek at high tide paddle out the creek and they can get out and strech on the island and mess around

Thanks, DD, but the family left already. I did get a chance to head out with my sister in my 2 yaks, though.

What will a couple of flush rod holders run me?
