Does anyone know of a good site to see a cast net repair. Saw a couple on you tube that talk about how to repair but don’t show how to repair.

We ripped a hole in one about the size of basketball.
Every net I have torn has been torn along a line and not had a piece missing - lay your net on a table and try and get the flaps to meet up (or get close as you can) and I bet it is just torn along two seams.
Then take mono and tie some knots across the gap- I always try to tie every adjacent square to the nearest corners. Cinch it up and make sure you trim the excess mono and net away to keep it from getting too tangled next time you try to throw it
Use braid. I personally like the limpness of 50# braid for that
If anybody has bad ripped nets and wants to get rid of them that have lead weights I will take em! PM me
dental floss (colored so you can see what is up) has been pretty good to me. I have always wanted to put some Crazy Glue on my floss knots, but never have. It wouldn’t hurt.
