Replacing F90 Tilt Trim Motor

VERY slow to trim up and down and figure this part is about to go.

Found one for $150 and doesn’t look like too big of a replacement project…am I wrong? I think I remember being quoted a grand or so, to replace one a while back.

edit, just saw the thread about removing it, but not sure it applies to my case.

yours isnt teh same
electric motor versus hydraulic system, you need to make sure which is really bad

lets say its the electric motor, is this something I can pop in fairly easily?

Can you notice a sound change in your motor? Is your fluid aerated? Motor not always the issue.
