Boat in the water at 12:03 went out and set up, baited, waited 30 minutes and threw, lots of menhaden, some finger mullet, zero shrimp. Fished for reds and got them went back to throwing again nothing. Fished until time to head for the hill. Will wait a few weeks and try again. Going fishing and crabbing tomorrow. Used Bait binder.
Thanks for the report, sorry you didn’t do well. Better luck next time

No problem, any day on the water with friends and or family is an awesome day, I went with the preacher today, maybe I should have asked for him to pray for some shrimp. There was plenty of other boats out there but most did not throw much.
Wind blew against the outgoing tide making for a sporty ride. Moved several times but found 10 pounds of jelly per shrimp. Came home with a quart. Talked to another who did the same.
Same as Byte Me
First time ever we’ve been skunked at BB.
We set up trial run (4 baited poles) 4 different locations
Even tried in two different cuts nothing.
GETSUM
Yep… Conventional wisdom was correct yesterday for the south end…that being low tide change (slower moving water) and clear water is bad.
We were the first boat in at Garris Landing at noon. We tried three spots and caught zero shrimp over bait. We saved the day with the
good ol’ taped net with 2/3 of a cooler.

Biker - awesome, always bring the taped net. Where were you deep holing? Anderson Venning or channels?
Anyone want to weigh in on your opinion of north end of BB today? N/NE wind 10-15

Should be pretty rough. Good chance of shrimp washing over the front of boat at times.
You will be doing Bulls Bay Tango on the front of the boat.
We thought better of it. 15-20 N/NE didn’t sound like a lot of fun. Going to try Sunday AM.

It has been my experience that if the water is clear in Bulls Bay, go fishing. Very few if any shrimp to be had.
Retired - always broke – but better than working!!!
Went yesterday afternoon after work from 7-1030pm and got 1/3 of a cooler on the incoming. All large in size. Water was pretty dirty
Went yesterday, threw from 9-12pm on the falling tide ended up with 1/4 cooler mediums. Then spent the rest of the night on the night in the mud flat, boat didn’t start floating till 6am

Went to BB this afternoon. Headed out of Anderson Creek. We wanted to head up north of white island to a spot but somehow ended up inside a sandbar pretty much in the middle of the bay at dead low tide. Found a deep spot with some mud on the side of it so set out a few test poles and they passed. Ended up with about a half a cooler of large to mediums. We where doing great and then they just cut off and we couldn’t get back on them. Wind and swell was pretty bad so we headed in. Lost a yellow pole if anyone finds it.

If man is not fit to govern himself, how can he be fit to govern asomeone else? Crisis is the rallying cry of the tyrant.
Bulls bay sat am. About 3/4 cooler.
